Two Day Introductory Training Retreat
This restorative weekend retreat is designed to give participants an introduction to Yoga in Your School as they practice and learn a series of short Yoga breaks, breathing techniques and contemplation exercises.
Seven Day Training Retreat
This rejuvenating week long training retreat is designed to give School Teachers, Yoga Teachers and Professionals the ability to begin to teach Yoga breaks and understand how to best integrate them into their own daily schedule. Each participant will be given a take home copy of Teressa's Audio Visual Powerpoint Presentation with all the
Yoga breaks presented in the workshop.
95-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Training for “Yoga in Your School”
Teressa Asencia, M.A., E-RYT, is certified by Yoga Alliance to teach their 95-hour certified training course that meets the Yoga Alliance Standards for their new specialty training for teaching Yoga to children, RYT-C. Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate for having completed Teressa Asencia’s certified
training. Yoga teachers who already have RYT or ERY-T may take this certificate to Yoga Alliance to receive their new RYT-C specialty certification for teaching Yoga to children.
