We keep an up to the minute inventory of our stock and we endeavor to keep all items in stock. However if you order an item that is out of stock we will take one of two courses of action. If the item is due to arrive within 2 business days, we will hold back your order and send it when we have the item in stock. If it is due to arrive beyond 2 business days, we will send out the balance of your order and then send the additional item to you when it is in stock. Your credit card will be charged for the full order at the time of your purchase. Should you not want the order to be processed in this way, please contact customer service and we will arrange to cancel the outstanding item and credit your account.

If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, we will refund your credit card with the cost of the product as long as you return it to us within 7 days of purchase. Simply e-mail our customer services team and you will be given return authorization by e-mail. Enclose the product you wish to return with the authorization slip and send it to the address we will provide you with. We will credit your account with the cost of the product in full. Please note, personal care products that have been opened, used or damaged can not be returned.
If you would like to exchange a garment for another size, please inform our customer service team and we will provide the size required by you in exchange for the wrong size.
